FRANK SPECTOR attended Duke University
and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1988. He graduated with
honors from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1991. Frank
began the practice of law at Whiteford, Taylor & Preston. He is
licensed to practice law in Maryland,
The District of Columbia, and West
Virginia.
Frank has litigated cases in several states including Maryland, the District of
Columbia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky,
West Virginia, and Georgia. The types of matters
he has handled include birth trauma, wrongful death, surgical error,
infectious disease, orthopedic injuries, delays in diagnosis, and
catastrophic injuries.

MARK KOPEC is a 1988 graduate of The
George Washington University, and a 1991 honors graduate of the
University of Baltimore School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of
Columbia, and has been specially admitted in numerous
states, such as California, Colorado, Illinois,
Minnesota, New
Jersey, North Carolina, and
Virginia.
After serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Catherine C. Blake in
1991-92 in the Baltimore federal court,
Mark joined Whiteford, Taylor & Preston, one of Maryland's largest law firms, where he
ultimately became a general partner. He then joined Snyder, Slutkin &
Kopec, where he represented plaintiffs in complex civil litigation
matters.
